Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains the difference between cancelling and being refunded, and what happens to your access in each case. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service. In short: cancelling lets you keep using SwarmADE until the end of the period you already paid for; a refund ends your access immediately.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal but is not a refund: your plan stays active and you keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and any Honey included in that period stays usable until it ends. Nothing further is charged after that. This is the normal way to stop using SwarmADE.

2. When we give refunds

SwarmADE is a digital service that is delivered and consumed immediately, so subscription payments and Honey purchases are generally non-refundable once the service has been used. We issue refunds only in limited cases — for example a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a material fault on our side that prevented you from using the Service. A change of mind after you have started using the Service is not, by itself, a ground for a refund.

3. What a refund does to your access

If we approve a refund, your subscription is cancelled immediately and your access ends at the same time — you do not keep access for the rest of the period, and any remaining Honey is forfeited. A refund and continued access are mutually exclusive: you cannot be refunded and keep using SwarmADE. (If instead you simply want to stop renewing while using what you have paid for, cancel — see section 1.)

4. Honey top-ups

One-time Honey top-ups are non-refundable once purchased, and Honey that has already been spent cannot be refunded. If an unused top-up is refunded in an approved case, the corresponding Honey is removed from your balance.

5. Statutory withdrawal rights (EU/UK)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. Because SwarmADE is supplied immediately, by starting to use the Service within that period you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for what has already been delivered. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with your account details and the reason. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute with your bank — chargebacks can suspend your account while they are resolved.
