Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SwarmADE desktop application, the swarmade.com website, and the associated cloud services (together, the "Service"), operated by SwarmADE ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SwarmADE is a closed-source agentic development environment. A server-side orchestrator (the Queen) decomposes the specifications you submit into tasks that are executed by the command-line agents you run on your own machine (Workers) and reviewed by automated auditors (Drones). The Service is licensed, not sold, to you for use under these Terms and the in-product End User License Agreement.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the code, specifications, and other content you submit through the Service.

3. Subscriptions, Honey, and billing

• The Service is offered on paid subscription plans. There is no free tier or trial. Prices are shown on our pricing page.
• Each plan includes a monthly allowance of Honey, the credit unit consumed when the Service performs metered work. Additional Honey may be purchased as a one-time top-up.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and unused Honey does not carry over beyond its stated validity.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reverse-engineering or redistributing the software except as permitted by law; circumventing usage metering, rate limits, or access controls; using the Service to build a competing product; or using it to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or malicious content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the integrity of the Service.

5. Your content and intellectual property

You retain all rights to the code and content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate and improve the Service. We and our licensors retain all rights in the SwarmADE software, brand, and the Queen and Drone prompts, which are proprietary.

6. Third-party models and services

The Service routes model inference through third-party providers (for example via OpenRouter). Their availability and output are outside our control, and your use is also subject to their terms. We do not warrant that generated code is correct, secure, or fit for any purpose — always review output before use.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced before they take effect, and continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
